I know exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes. I've been out of shape. I've looked in the mirror and hated what I saw. I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science and a Master of Teaching (Secondary), and as a PDHPE teacher I've spent over a decade educating and inspiring thousands of people to take control of their health. But the real education came from doing the work on myself first. Figuring out which foods I enjoy and building a real relationship with food. I have learnt to stay consistent when life got hard. I've made every mistake so you don't have to.

What I know now, after the years, the setbacks, the degrees, and the thousands of people I've coached and taught, is that transformation isn't about being perfect. It's about staying in the game long enough to win. A great coach speeds that up. Yes. The program is built specifically around 4 short, focused training sessions per week, usually 45 to 60 minutes each. Meal plans are simple, family-friendly, and built around food you already eat. The whole approach is designed to slot into your life, not replace it.
Most of my clients started exactly where you are. Every exercise comes with a video demonstration, weekly form reviews, and direct WhatsApp access to me. You'll walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do, why you're doing it, and how to do it safely.
ACTIV8 is built around gym-based training because that's where you get the strongest results in 8 weeks. If you only have home equipment, let me know on your application, we can adapt the program, though gym access is strongly recommended.
If you follow the program, meaning you complete your training sessions, hit your nutrition targets, and engage with the check-in process, and you don't see measurable progress over the 8 weeks, you get a full refund. Full terms are shared on application.
A PDF doesn't know you. ACTIV8 is fully personalised to your body, your schedule, your training history, and your goals, and it adapts each week based on what's working. You also get direct coaching access, not just a download link.
Both are factored in from day one. Mention them on your application, your training and nutrition plan are built around your limitations, not in spite of them. For serious or recent injuries I'll always recommend medical clearance first.
Nutrition Coaching is $80/week, Training + Nutrition is $110/week, and Couples Coaching is $64/week per person. All coaching plans are billed weekly. Once-off options start from $65 for the Nutrition Blueprint.
